Privacy Notice

RoomLedger processes your account email, optional name and phone, property and room identifiers, balance and payment status, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe receives and processes your card credentials; RoomLedger does not store full card numbers.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, link residents to rooms, create and reconcile payments, provide receipts and history, prevent abuse, support operators, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Data is shared with your property operator, Stripe, Supabase, and hosting/monitoring providers, and with authorities when legally required. It is not sold for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

Payment and audit records may be retained for accounting, dispute, fraud, and legal purposes. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free.

Your choices

Contact your property operator to correct room or tenant information or to request access, deletion, or other privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate payment-record needs require it.
